Reservations

Please book online, call, text, or email us to schedule your appointment. When booking your reservation, we do require a credit card to be added to your file, as well as a 50% deposit that will be charged after you complete the reservation process. The remainder of your balance can be charged to the credit card on file, or, if available, another form of payment, once your service is over. A one-time $5 PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) fee will be added to your service due to Covid-19 increased supplies expenses.

Cancellations

When your appointments are booked, we understand that occasionally schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we request that you please read our following booking and cancellation policies and procedures to make your experience at TuSuva the best experience you can receive. We do understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, therefore, we respectively ask that you contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Email: tusuva@hotmail.com or text/call 202-299-9005. Your 50% deposit will be returned back to your credit card or put towards a future service date if you cancel before 24 hours. Please understand that when you forget to cancel or give us the proper notice time to cancel or reschedule, you are denying a client the opportunity to receive a service that day. Our therapists earn their income by appointment, not by the hour.

Late Policy

We seek to ensure that all our guests enjoy their time with us and that we start each session at the time booked. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time without a reduction of price. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to proceed with the temperature check and to complete our COVID-19 questionnaire and update the health questionnaire required of all guests. The safety and security of our guests is our top priority, we ask that you keep your mask on at all times.

No Waiting Room

For anyone accompanying a person receiving a service, we ask you to please wait outside while they are receiving treatment. If you wish to pay for the client, you can pay for their services using our online gift certificate payment option.
